Terms of Use
twalow doesn't tell you what you're worth as a person. This is entertainment. Ratings can help you pick a better photo, try a different look, or get honest feedback from total strangers. They're data points, not a verdict on you.
Who can use twalow
You must be 18 or older to use this site. By creating an account, you confirm that you are.
Your photos
- Only upload photos of yourself. Do not upload photos of other people, real or AI-generated.
- No pornographic, sexually explicit, or nude content. Photos must be safe-for-work. Anything explicit will be removed and the account terminated, with no refund of any earned credit.
- No content featuring minors, in any form, ever. Violators will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
- Nothing illegal, hateful, harassing, or that violates anyone else's rights.
- You retain ownership of your photos. By uploading, you grant twalow a non-exclusive license to display them to other users for the purpose of rating and feedback.
- You can delete your photos at any time from your profile page. Once deleted, they're removed from rotation and from any future battles.
How you use the site
- Rate honestly. Don't troll, brigade, or coordinate to manipulate scores.
- Don't scrape, automate, or use bots against the site.
- Don't try to identify, contact, or harass other users based on the photos you see.
- Don't attempt to circumvent any rate limits, anti-abuse measures, or moderation.
Moderation
We may hide, remove, or take down any photo, account, or content that violates these terms or that we judge to be harmful. We may also suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
No warranty
twalow is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We don't promise the ratings are accurate, fair, or representative. We don't promise the site will always be available.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, twalow and its operators are not liable for any harm, loss, or distress arising from your use of the site, including emotional reactions to ratings or feedback you receive.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.
